Hey Lucid, just found your blog. Love your style. Short and yet with a lot of meaning. If only we could all accept ourselves as we are instead of striving to be something we are not. We can only be as we are right now, wanting to be something else (not talking about healthy goal setting, though) is self violence.

I like that… Self Violence. We can be so tuff on ourselves, it is true! There is that saying, “I am my own worse enemy”
With all the upset and violence in the world around us, you would think we would be the kindest to our self!
